There's one thing I hear all the time in the clinic...

"I've been so busy..." "I just can't seem to fit my exercises in..."

"I managed the exercises great before the bairns’ holidays..."

You've maybe found this yourself. You manage your new exercises for the first few days or weeks and get quite the routine going.

But then something changes. And you just can't seem to get back into it.

You might even notice that you're not feeling as good without the exercises as you did while you did them. But still, they're just not getting done.

And I'm not trying to lecture anybody or give anyone a telling off here. I understand that this happens. It's human. It's life.

So, here's the thing - why should the exercises be a special thing to do? Wouldn't it be so much better if the things you're doing ALL day anyway did the job?

We find movements you need more of during your session and usually create an 'exercise'. But where in your day could you already be doing this movement?

Why do heaps of squats if you're going up the stairs or getting out of chairs in a less than great way? Why practice bending really well if you're undoing it when you reach down to the dishwasher? Let's just change the stairs, getting up from chairs and bending to the dishwasher!

And here's the bonus - every time you do one of these day to day jobs your way, it's for your benefit. Not just getting stuff done.
